As our agency continues to grow we are looking for a Content Partnership Specialist to join the team and be part of this fast-paced growing company.
LOCATION:
The Performance PR Manager role is a remote, work from home position. Canada and US locations will be considered except for the following US States: Washington, California, Nevada, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Colorado Connecticut, Maryland, Rhode Island.
THE ROLE:
Performance PR Manager
As a Performance PR Manager, you will be responsible for managing client needs and objectives while fostering strong relationships with both clients and publishers. Your role involves developing comprehensive program strategies, coordinating promotional activities, and ensuring transparent communication with all stakeholders. You will utilize your expertise in affiliate marketing and mass media principles to drive program growth and deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
Manage client needs, objectives, and promotions.
Foster transparent communication with clients and stakeholders.
Develop program strategies with support from senior team members.
Audit trends to craft effective program plans.
Coordinate with clients to gather promotional details.
Proactively influence program performance based on trends.
Provide transparent updates to Account Directors.
Demonstrate expertise in affiliate marketing and mass media.
Recruit impactful new partnerships consistently.
Utilize market research to inform strategy.
Increase and demonstrate program value.
Engage mass media partners effectively.
Negotiate favorable deals and placements.
Monitor program and publisher performance.
Deliver insightful monthly client reports.
Utilize technology for data analysis and optimization.
Confront problems constructively and seek solutions.
Participate in team collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
Adhere to work quality standards and procedures.
Collaborate actively with internal team members.
Maintain consistent account growth and positive client retention.
