Gen3 Marketing is seeking a visionary Director of Social Commerce to lead innovative campaigns on TikTok and Instagram. In this role, you will drive client success through strategic social commerce initiatives and robust influencer partnerships that amplify reach, engagement, and conversions.

Location:

Canada and US locations will be considered except for the following US States: Washington, California, Nevada, Massachusetts, New Jersey,  New York, Colorado Connecticut, Maryland, and Rhode Island.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Strategy and Execution

    • Develop tailored social commerce and influencer marketing strategies for multiple clients across industries, focusing on TikTok Shop and Instagram.
    • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices.
  • Content and Campaign Oversight
    • Collaborate with creative teams to deliver platform-specific, shoppable content that drives engagement and conversions.
  • Influencer and Creator Partnerships
    • Source and manage relationships with TikTok and Instagram influencers to amplify client campaigns.
    • Negotiate partnerships and oversee influencer deliverables to ensure alignment with client objectives.
    • Leverage influencer relationships to create authentic, impactful collaborations that drive conversions and engagement.
  • Performance Analytics and Optimization
    • Monitor campaign KPIs and deliver actionable insights to clients.
    • Provide actionable insights and reporting to clients, optimizing strategies for future campaigns.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration
    • Manage and mentor a team of social commerce and influencer marketing specialists to deliver integrated marketing solutions for clients. 
Requirements:
  • 10+ years in social commerce, influencer marketing, or digital strategy
  • Demonstrated success in creating and managing TikTok and Instagram campaigns that drove measurable business results.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale influencer partnerships and budgets.
Skills:
  • Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms, ad platforms, social commerce tools, and influencer ecosystems.
  • Strong leadership and client management skills, with the ability to navigate complex projects and priorities.
  • Expertise in analytics, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and optimization.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, particularly in pitching and managing client relationships.
