Senior Affiliate Manager - ENTERPRISE
We're looking for a strategic leader to take charge of our high-value, enterprise affiliate programs. You’ll lead and mentor a team of Account Managers and Coordinators, ensure flawless program execution, and build strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners. Responsibilities
Enterprise Program Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute affiliate strategies aligned with client goals and multi-channel priorities.
Set program KPIs and action plans to meet enterprise targets.
Lead onboarding and launch processes for large-scale programs.
Oversee day-to-day operations of key enterprise accounts.
Performance Insights & Optimization
Analyze enterprise performance, connecting data to actionable strategies.
Monitor KPIs, attribution, publisher mix, and funnel contribution.
Validate reporting and insights from your team.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and high-impact affiliate partnerships.
Client Leadership & Communication
Lead strategic client meetings, presenting insights and forward-looking plans.
Act as a point of escalation for complex client and publisher issues.
Build relationships with affiliates to secure premium placements and deals.
Risk Management & Contingency Planning
Identify risks, track issues, and develop mitigation plans.
Communicate proactively with clients during volatile periods.
Team Leadership & Development
Coach and mentor Account Managers and Coordinators.
Conduct regular performance reviews and support career development.
Build enterprise-ready capabilities within your team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with analytics, finance, and media teams to align strategies.
Improve internal processes, automation, and delivery efficiency.
Educate clients on Gen3’s offerings and expansion opportunities.
Growth, Innovation & Service Expansion
Identify opportunities to expand client engagement and partnerships.
Implement initiatives to grow enterprise affiliate performance.
Operational Excellence
Manage reporting and ensure accuracy and insight depth.
Maintain quality standards and best practices.
Share learnings and scalable frameworks across teams.
