We’re searching for a dynamic HR professional to join our HR Talent Team to support US compensation, benefits, and global recruitment in partnership with the Senior Director of HR. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing strategic work with day-to-day execution.
**This role requires regular in-office presence to support collaboration and team engagement.**
Key ResponsibilitiesCompensation & Benefits Support
- Advise on U.S. compensation and ensure compliance with applicable laws and state tax requirements.
- Administer U.S. payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, terminations, COBRA, and employee inquiries.
- Manage unemployment claims in partnership with internal stakeholders and vendors.
- Coordinate global merit increases and salary adjustments.
- Conduct salary banding, pay equity reviews, and benchmarking analyses.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment (posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination).
- Manage onboarding and new hire orientation.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Track and report recruitment metrics.
- Partner with leadership on hiring needs and strategies.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS in compliance with employment laws.
- Support HR projects, reporting, data analysis, and training coordination.
- Contribute to employee experience and culture initiatives.
- Assist with additional HR initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience with full-cycle recruitment, payroll administration, and benefits management.
- Knowledge of US labor laws.
- Experience with ATS or HRIS systems and recruitment best practices.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Able to work autonomously while delivering high-quality results.
- Hybrid work, minimum 2 days in the office
