Performance PR Specialist
As a Performance PR Specialist, you’ll take ownership of assigned client accounts, working closely with our Affiliate Team and Performance PR leadership to build strategies, strengthen partnerships, uncover opportunities, and deliver exceptional client experiences.

What You’ll do:

Own client accounts and keep day-to-day programs organized, proactive, and moving forward.
Support program strategy with your Senior Affiliate Manager and Director, using data, trends, and industry insights to identify growth opportunities.
Build relationships with publishers and recruit impactful partnerships that diversify and strengthen client programs.
Manage program execution across affiliate networks and platforms, independently handling day-to-day activities.
Collaborate with clients to gather promotions, assets, updates, and information needed to keep programs performing.
Analyze performance data and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
Communicate clearly and proactively with clients, publishers, and internal team members.
Prepare timely, insightful reporting that highlights performance, opportunities, and next steps.
Collaborate across the team, sharing ideas, opportunities, and best practices.
Stay curious and informed on affiliate, PR, media, and industry trends.
