We’re looking for an Account Coordinator to join our financial services team, to support the execution and optimization of affiliate marketing programs. This role is integral to ensuring seamless coordination between clients, internal teams, and publisher partners.
You’ll gain hands-on experience across client management, campaign execution, and partner development, making this an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to grow in performance marketing.

What You’ll Do
  • Support day-to-day management of affiliate programs across a portfolio of clients
  • Prepare for and participate in internal planning meetings, ensuring clear action items and follow-ups
  • Assist in coordinating client meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and publisher partners
  • Research and identify new publisher opportunities to drive program growth
  • Manage publisher insertion orders, including tracking, approvals, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate partner communications for promotions, launches, and program updates
  • Review and respond to publisher applications within affiliate networks
  • Conduct outreach to recruit and onboard new affiliate partners
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform program strategy
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and client-specific guidelines
  • Prioritize tasks effectively and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Deliver timely, professional communication to clients and partners
  • Take ownership of assigned work and contribute to continuous program improvement

What You’ll Need
  • 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, affiliate marketing, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Comfort working with data and an interest in performance-driven marketing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
