This role is primarily focused on winning new clients, with additional responsibility for growing existing partnerships through strategic upselling. You will lead the charge in selling integrated, performance-driven solutions across Affiliate Marketing, Creator/Influencer Marketing, Paid Media, Performance PR, and GEO.
The Work:
- Drive new client acquisition across Enterprise and Core customer segments
- Manage and close inbound leads efficiently while building proactive outbound prospecting strategies
- Develop strong relationships with senior decision-makers at top retailers, financial services brands, and referral partners
- Lead the full sales cycle from discovery through close, delivering tailored proposals and consultative solutions
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless transition from sale to onboarding
- Maintain client relationships during the first 12 months to identify and drive upsell opportunities
- Represent Gen3 Marketing at industry events, conferences, and tradeshows
- Accurately track and manage all pipeline activity in HubSpot
What You Bring:
- Proven success in affiliate marketing, digital media, or traditional media sales.
- Experience selling into complex organizations with a consultative, relationship-driven approach.
- Strong pipeline development skills through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- A hunter mentality, thriving in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Excellent sales and communication skills, including delivering persuasive presentations and proposals.
- Familiarity with Sandler, Challenger, or similar sales methodologies is a plus.
