As part of the growing Paid Media department, the ideal candidate will be a strategic client partner and thought leader who is responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships.

What we’re looking for:

The Client Services Manager, Paid Media is responsible for leading client relationships and overseeing the development and execution of their paid media strategies across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic Display channels. Backed by a team of paid media managers, this role supports all aspects of the client’s paid media campaigns, from strategy development, implementation, and optimization, to reporting and analysis.

This candidate should have 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns and maintaining multi-million-dollar client budgets in an agency setting or in-house. Most importantly, we need a positive personality willing to contribute in a team setting and have the drive to learn and grow with the agency.

Previous experience managing B2B clients and LinkedIn Ads campaigns is valuable but not required.

Location:

The Client Services Manager, Paid Media role is a hybrid position based out of the Blue Bell, PA office.

Here's what you’d be expected to do:

  • One of multiple primary points of contact for key client business lines (individual teams for each service group within this client’s portfolio), managing team deadline adherence and campaign management.
  • Host and lead campaign kick-off calls, deliver media briefs, review campaign budget allocations, and work within defined process timelines using well-developed workflows within the project management system.
  • Collaborate with the paid media managers on campaign goals, optimizations, pacing, budget management, and reporting functions to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Review channel vendor recommendations and provide insights/POVs for client consideration.
  • Develop client budget forecasts and collaborate with internal operations to ensure accuracy of their accounting workflows, from PO creation to vendor invoice fulfillment.
  • Ensure that paid media best practices are up to date with industry trends and assist in the facilitation of team knowledge sharing and training sessions.

Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of combined hands-on paid media management experience, with familiarity of paid search, paid social and programmatic display best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with client executives and a hyper-attention to detail.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience utilizing data analysis tools for ongoing and ad hoc data reporting, as well as ability to present data stories and insights to internal teams, client partners, and platform representatives for continuous improvement.
  • Cross-functional collaboration; ability to communicate effectively with paid media managers about technical requirements related to campaign implementation and strategy.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking; the ability to develop workarounds amid sub-optimal conditions, seek multiple alternatives, and develop recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstratable history of self-management, decisiveness, and leadership.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Managing placements across multiple ad exchanges via DSP programmatic campaigns is a plus.
